Robbie Malinoski and Andrew Johnstad
(MORE)
In June, Robbie Malinoski and Andrew Johnstad signed to race for the Aurora, Minnesota-based Scheuring Speed Sports team. For Malinoski, it's his fourth brand in five years. When Malinoski races at the Duluth National snocross opener in November, he will be one of only a very small handful of drivers who have competed on four brands.
Malinoski won both Pro points championships while racing on Arctic Cat. A year later he moved to Yamaha when the company resurrected its snocross racing program. That year, Malinoski became the first North American driver to ever win a snocross race aboard a four-stroke powered snowmobile. The following year, he jumped to Ski-Doo. Now he joins the Polaris camp.
Johnstad, who cut his teeth on the Polaris Avalanche Race Team, enters his second year as a Pro on the National snocross tour. Two years ago as a Semi-Pro, Johnstad captured both points championships.
